Nexus Primary Care Clinic is community primary care clinic in Nanaimo, BC. Our goal is to deliver team based, client centered, primary health care services. We do this through partnerships with other health care professionals such as physicians, pharmacists, midwives, social workers, mental health professionals, and registered nurses. We provide a diverse range of primary health care services to individuals and families across their lifespan.
